How to Use
Dry Skin: Apply a thin layer of scrub onto brows & cover with plastic wrap for 2 minutes (Used as a hydrating treatment). Remove using a damp cotton round with distilled water.
Oily Skin: Gently massage product into brows in circular motion with a silicone exfoliating brush to help break down oils. Remove using a damp cotton round with distilled water.
