The Brow Primer by Noemi preps eyebrows before dyeing. It primes the area, removes makeup residue, and enhances dye results for a natural look with longer-lasting colour.

*Not recommend to use on clients with overly dry skin! Instead opt for using a gentler product such as the Saline Solution.
How to Use
Spray directly on the eyebrows making sure the entire length of the eyebrows is covered or apply onto a cotton round and swipe over the brow area. Remove with a cotton round and ensure the eyebrows and surrounding area is completely wiped off (Do not rinse off)
